This place, sadly located in Hell (a place some others call Cairns Central FoodCourt), has a wide range of ingredients for made to order salads, as well as a wide range of non-standard filled rolls and such for quick purchase. Prices are good for fast food (sub $10) and they also have good coffee. While I don't support trend-bars in general, I do recommend this one -jelf
