From B4rkWiki
I know we have camping spots as a link off the main page, but I thought a separate page for 4wd stuff was not a bad plan.

Ello, Munkinuts ere !
We have a luverly Toyota Prado Grande 3.4V6, which is far too nice to take in the mud, but we do anyway ! It has taken us all over the place, was great in sand (only got stuck twice !) in the mud, on long trips, tows well with no effect on performance (uses a little more fuel), and everything. Most important bit in my opinion is the Tyres. Get good ones, look after them, deflate and re-inflate properly when you need to and dont be a tight arse ! We got Yokohama 70-30 road-sand ones and they have been awesome.
Aidan has access to a Landrover Discovery.
I don't know all the details, but the disco is green, big and seems to break everytime it goes offroad (only by driver error).
Jelf has a Daihatsu Feroza
